Our clients often need a simple way to share their environmental impact with stakeholders. The new downloadable impact report allows you to easily share, print, or distribute a visual and informative representation of your organisation’s contributions to green impact.
This feature improves the usability and value of our platform, providing a tangible asset that reflects your commitment to sustainability.

What does the report look like?
The report– downloadable as PDF – shows the impact information displayed on your organization’s public forest page.
This includes:
Your up-to-date impact metrics such as the amount of trees regenerated, CO2 sequestered, litres of water retained in the soil, and the number of people locally impacted. Your company logo. A QR code that, when scanned, navigates the user to your public forest page. A link to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) at the bottom left corner of the report.
How to download your impact report
You can download the impact report from two locations within the platform:
Company Details Page: Look for the “Download Impact Report” button.
Sys Admin Panel: Under Distributors or Clients, on the organisation details page, you’ll find the “Download Impact Report” button.
To ensure your report looks its best:
Upload your logo : Use a transparent background in PNG format. This helps your logo blend smoothly with the report background. Test different logos : Try several logos to see which one fits best with the report design.
Download your impact report today and start sharing your environmental contributions with your community, clients, and stakeholders. This not only highlights your commitment to sustainability but also provides a powerful tool to communicate your efforts effectively!
